MIT ETI Movie Night: “The Social Dilemma” + Q&A with former Twitter engineer (+ reimbursements)

MIT Ethical Technology Initiative will be hosting a virtual screening of The Social Dilemma, a documentary featuring leading tech figures who highlight the unethical business practices of Big Tech giants and the detrimental impact social media platforms can pose on the human race. The screening will be followed up by a Q&A session with Alex Roetter, Twitter’s ex Head of Engineering who is featured in the documentary, so that students can engage with and ask questions to a leader in the movement to make tech a more ethical field. MIT ETI is also reimbursing the first 40 students to show up to our event for up to $15 worth of snacks/food!
